1. Orders and Quotes

Quotes provided online or during a home consultation are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed after a professional measure and is subject to a signed quote before manufacturing begins. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include HST unless stated otherwise.

2. Deposits and Payment

A 20% deposit is required to confirm your order and begin manufacturing. Your quote is not accepted, and manufacturing does not begin, until this deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on or before installation, as detailed on your quote.

3. Lead Times

Standard lead time is 10–14 working days from confirmed order, though this may vary by product. We will notify you of any changes to your estimated fitting date.

4. Cancellations and Returns

Because our products are made to measure, orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced free of charge under our 5-year guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy available to you under applicable consumer protection legislation.

5. Installation and Child Safety

Professional fitting is included on orders over $150.00. Access to the property and clear windows on the day of fitting is the customer's responsibility. All corded products are supplied with the safety devices required under Canadian window-covering safety standards (CSA); please keep cords out of reach of children and pets.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
